As a chief operating officer in our landscape management division, Fred oversees the Virginia, North Carolina, and Atlanta regions, working closely with the region managers to influence operational decisions to help better serve our customers and team members. In addition, he works with the company’s business development team to help support division-wide sales efforts. He has been with Ruppert for 21 years and has over 30 years of industry experience. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Salisbury State University, is a Certified Landscape Professional, and is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Owner/President Management (OPM) program.

Andrew is responsible for overseeing landscape management operations in our Charleston, North Charleston, and Johns Island (SC) branches. In this role, he helps lead the landscape management division, providing strategic vision and operational insight, and acting as a resource for branch managers in the areas of people development, training, customer service, and profitability. He has over 20 years of combined experience in landscaping and construction and holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mississippi.

Doug is responsible for overseeing landscape management operations in our Delmarva (DE); Laytonsville, Frederick, and Silver Spring (MD); Jacksonville and Orlando (FL) branches. In this role he helps lead the landscape management division, providing strategic vision and operational insight, and acting as a resource for branch managers in the areas of people development, training, customer service, and profitability. He has been with Ruppert for 27 years, holds a bachelor’s degree in plant science from the State University of New York at Cobleskill, and is a Certified Professional Horticulturist and pesticide applicator.

Sam oversees landscape management operations in the company’s North Carolina and Georgia landscape management branches. In this role he helps lead the landscape management division, providing strategic vision and operational insight, and acting as a resource for branch managers in the areas of people development, training, customer service, and profitability. He has been in the industry for over 29 years, including ten years with Ruppert, and holds a bachelor of science degree in horticulture from SUNY Cobleskill.

Damien oversees all landscape management operations at our branch locations in Baltimore, Elkridge, and White Marsh (MD), and Wilmington (DE). He has been with Ruppert for over six years and has over 20 years of industry experience, is a landscape industry certified technician (CLT) and holds a bachelor’s degree in landscape management from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Cobleskill.

Ethan oversees all landscape management operations in our Alexandria, Dulles, and Gainesville (VA) branches. His responsibilities include planning, budgeting, and personnel development within his region as well as ensuring customer satisfaction. Brown has been with the Ruppert organization for over six years and holds an associate degree in landscape and turf management and a bachelor’s degree in agribusiness from Virginia Tech.

Scott has over 30 years of landscape industry experience and holds a bachelor’s degree in landscape contracting from Penn State University. As branch manager, his responsibilities include planning, budgeting, and personnel development within his region as well as ensuring customer satisfaction.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture from Ohio State University and has been with the Ruppert organization for over 17 years.

Melissa oversees all landscape management operations in our Frederick, Laytonsville, and Silver Spring (MD) branches. Her responsibilities include planning, budgeting, and personnel development within her region as well as ensuring customer satisfaction. She holds a degree in landscape contracting from SUNY Delhi and is a Maryland Licensed Pesticide Applicator, Certified Professional Horticulturist (CPH) and Certified Landscape Technician (CLT). She has been in the landscape industry for over 15 years, including seven years with Ruppert.

Steve has been with Ruppert for 20 years, has almost 30 years of industry experience, and has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia.

Chuck is responsible for overseeing special projects, key division initiatives, and coordination with corporate departments, working closely with our IT team to ensure seamless rollouts and support of many of our current landscape management systems. He has been with Ruppert for over 21 years and has almost 40 years of industry experience. He is a Certified Pesticide Applicator for ornamentals and turf in Maryland, a Certified Professional Horticulturalist, and a Certified Landscape Technician.

As Director of Business Development for the landscape management division, Jason focuses on all aspects of sales including sales training, estimating, customer relationship management, and more. He has 23 years of experience in sales management and business development and holds a degree from The Pennsylvania State University.

Tim supports the division president and regional management team with financial analysis, project management, and administrative support with a focus on providing insight and efficiency opportunities to our branch teams. He has been with the company for over eight years and holds a bachelor’s degree in landscape horticulture and design from the University of Delaware.

Rob’s responsibilities include budgeting and variance analysis on monthly forecasting; assisting our new partner companies to integrate Ruppert systems, policies, and procedures; and various division projects as needed. He has been with the company for over 15 years and holds a degree in ornamental horticulture from Pennsylvania College of Technology.

Kevin lends his expertise to our landscape designers in the Central Virginia region. Kevin has been with Ruppert for over 12 years and has over 30 years of landscape industry experience. He was previously recognized as a Virginia Certified Nurseryman, holds a commercial pesticide applicator’s license, and has served on the Virginia Tech Faculty Advisory Council from 2006-2011.

Josh supports all snow removal operations within the company’s landscape management division. He focuses on improving quality and consistency within systems/processes; sourcing, cultivating, and strengthening relationships with snow service partners; leading estimating efforts and providing sales support; and providing technical support regarding equipment, chemical use/types, and production methods. He is a graduate of The Ohio State University, holds the Certified Snow Professional designation through SIMA, and has over 25 years of combined experience in the landscape/snow removal industry.

Matthew is responsible for overseeing irrigation operations in our Maryland, D.C, Pennsylvania, and Delaware branches. He has over 30 years of industry experience, including 12 years at Ruppert; holds a MD and DC Pesticide License; and is a U.S. Air Force veteran.

Scott is responsible for overseeing irrigation operations in our Virginia, North Carolina, and Georgia branches. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) degree from Old Dominion University and is a 30-year green industry veteran. He is an active member of the Irrigation Association and is both a Certified Irrigation Technician (CIT) and Certified Landscape Irrigation Auditor (CLIA).

As Regional Business Development Manager, Regina is responsible for providing leadership to the Central Virginia region’s business developers through coaching and training in the sales process, coordinating networking for new and existing relationships, and hiring and onboarding as needed. She has been with Ruppert for ten years, holds a bachelor’s degree in horticulture from Virginia Tech and is a Virginia Certified Horticulturist.

As Regional Business Development Manager, Patty is responsible for the oversight of a special portfolio of customers in the Maryland region and assists with the onboarding, training and mentoring of new business developers in that region. She has over 25 years of combined experience in business development, property management and landscaping and has been with Ruppert for over 14 years.
