  • Briefly describe what you do all day (at work). I am a support system for my branch—you could call me a relationship manager.  I find new long-lasting relationships and make sure our current clients are happy.
  • What’s the best thing about your job? Being a problem solver. I get joy out of finding a need and building the plan to meet whatever the need is.
  • What’s your favorite thing about the company? How the company shows genuine interest in the employees’ personal lives—making sure that the employees are happy at home and just going the extra mile if there is support needed.
  • What’s your favorite memory at Ruppert? Being involved in our company’s Field Day when I first started with the company and my branch was the winning branch in the competitions.
  • What would you do (for a career) if you weren’t doing this? My two dream jobs are being a police officer and gym teacher/coaching football.

  • What is your proudest/favorite moment of your Ruppert career so far? Joining the Million Dollar Sales club.
  • What’s your favorite movie and why? This is a hard question because I don’t have an all-time favorite movie. I will say classic comedies will be my favorite (e.g. Stripes).
