Ruppert Landscape is pleased to announce the promotion of Lou LaBonte to Region Manager, where he will oversee the company’s landscape installation operations across Virginia and Washington, D.C.

Since joining Ruppert in 2020, Lou has consistently delivered exceptional results in every role he has held, including Project Manager, Business Developer, Assistant Branch Manager, and most recently, Branch Manager of the Virginia installation branch. He has been instrumental in cultivating a strong safety culture and driving record-setting performance. Under Lou’s leadership, the branch achieved record sales in 2025 and is already fully booked for 2026, with significant backlog secured for 2027. He has also played a key role in expanding the company’s landscape installation presence in the Richmond market.
