Jim supports landscape construction division operations, specifically overseeing the Virginia and Texas branches, where he works closely with those teams to ensure continued improvement and success. He has over 25 years in the industry and has been with Ruppert for over 17 years. He holds a bachelor of science degree in wildlife management from SUNY Cobleskill.
Louis Labonte
Assistant Branch Manager, Virginia
Louis helps oversee landscape construction operations at our Virginia branch, which covers projects primarily in the Northern Virginia and DC Markets. His responsibilities include planning, budgeting, and personnel development within his region as well as ensuring customer satisfaction. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Rhode Island College and a master’s degree from George Mason University.
Mike Ryan

His responsibilities include planning, budgeting, and personnel development within his region as well as ensuring customer satisfaction. He has been with the Ruppert organization for over seven years and holds a bachelor’s degree in horticulture from Virginia Tech.
