Jim oversees all landscape maintenance and installation operations within the South division, working closely with region management to influence operational decisions that better serve our customers and team members. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from SUNY Cobleskill and has 30+ years of industry experience, including two decades with Ruppert.

Doug is responsible for overseeing operations in our Houston (TX), Jacksonville (FL), Orlando (FL), and Panama City (FL) landscape maintenance branches, as well as our Texas and Florida landscape installation branches. He provides strategic vision and operational insight and acts as a resource for branch managers in the areas of people development, training, customer service, and profitability. He has been with Ruppert for over two decades, holds a bachelor’s degree in plant science from the State University of New York at Cobleskill, and is a Certified Professional Horticulturist and pesticide applicator.

Dennis oversees operations in our Charleston (SC), North Charleston (SC), Johns Island (SC), and Hilton Head (SC) maintenance branches; South Carolina Aquatics branch; and South Carolina landscape installation branch. He provides strategic vision and operational insight and acts as a resource for branch managers in the areas of people development, training, customer service, and profitability. He has over 35 years of industry experience and holds a bachelor’s degree in Ornamental Horticulture from Clemson University.

Patrick oversees all operations in our Alpharetta, Athens, Lilburn, and Mableton (GA) maintenance branches and the Georgia installation branch. He provides strategic vision and operational insight and acts as a resource for branch managers in the areas of people development, training, customer service, and profitability. He has over 30 years of industry experience, including over two decades with Ruppert, and holds a general contractor’s license from the state of Georgia.

He has been in the industry for over 30+ years, including over a decade with Ruppert, and holds a bachelor of science degree in horticulture from SUNY Cobleskill.
