Greg Franklin

VP of Fleet, Facilities & Safety

Greg oversees the purchase and maintenance of the company’s fleet and equipment, is responsible for the development and maintenance of all Ruppert Landscape facilities, and oversees all safety and risk management operations. He has over 25 years of management experience ranging from operations to logistics, including transportation, warehouse, and distribution management. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Radford University.

VP of People & Culture

Mike oversees the company’s training, human resources, public relations, and talent acquisition teams. Mike has over 30 years of industry experience, including over two decades with Ruppert, and holds a degree in business administration from Delaware Valley College.

Jeff Mullen

VP of M&A and Strategic Finance

Jeff Mullen

VP of M&A and Strategic Finance

Jeff oversees the sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and integration of strategic acquisitions while also leading financial initiatives that support Ruppert’s continued expansion. He has 15+ years of of experience in financial services and investment banking and holds an MBA from Georgetown University as well as a bachelor’s degree from James Madison University.

Paul Pestun

VP of Business Development, Installation

Paul works with the business development team to help unify landscape installation sales efforts. In addition, he is responsible for strategic planning, financial analysis, market research, and cultivating strategic relationships with key stakeholders such as owners, developers, general contractors, and landscape architects. He has been with Ruppert for over a decade, holds a degree in landscape management from Montgomery College, and is a platinum-level graduate of ABC’s Leadership Development Program.

Jennifer Saah

VP of Business Services

Jennifer oversees payroll processes and compliance, benefits and 401(k) management, property and casualty insurance, and tax reporting. She also supports new partner integration and leads key business service initiatives across the organization. She has almost 20 years of experience in general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and corporate accounting management, including nearly a decade with Ruppert. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and economics from High Point University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Amy Snyder

Amy Snyder

Director of Public Relations

Amy’s expertise is in public relations, employee relations, media relations, special events, and marketing. She works to expand the company’s visibility, raise brand awareness, and grow employee well-being. Amy has a bachelor’s degree in communications and a master’s degree in professional writing from Towson University. She has 30+ years of marketing/communications experience, including over two decades with Ruppert.

Jason focuses on all aspects of business development across our landscape maintenance branches including sales training, estimating, customer relationship management, and more. He has over two decades of experience in sales management and business development and holds a degree from Penn State University.

Lindsay McKendry

Financial Controller

Lindsay oversees all accounting operations, including general accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, treasury management, financial reporting, audits, and internal controls. She has over 20 years of progressive senior accounting experience, holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Western Ontario, and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA).

Courtney Pohlit

Courtney oversees employee relations and compliance initiatives to support a productive, engaged workforce and ensure alignment with company values and operational goals. She holds a BS in marketing management from Virginia Tech and an MBA in human resources from Towson University. She is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and holds a certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP).

Dave Sanders

Director of Safety & Risk

Dave’s promotes a safety-first culture that is the foundation of the Ruppert organization. He leads the company’s safety and risk management program, working hand-in-hand with safety committee members in every branch, and ensures a focus on safety in all aspects of the company. He has over 40 years of experience in the green industry in both safety and operations management, including over 15 years with Ruppert.
