Laytonsville, MD – Ruppert Landscape is pleased to announce the addition of Sam Wells to the position of branch manager in the company’s Raleigh, North Carolina landscape management branch.

Wells brings over 23 years of landscape industry experience, having begun his career as an intern with Ruppert in 1994 and working his way up to field manager and then area manager. After the sale of the company, he held branch manager positions with some of the largest industry organizations before deciding to rejoin Ruppert.

“Sam has a proven track record of success and we are glad to have him back on the Ruppert team,” said Fred Key, regional vice president in Ruppert’s landscape management division. “We look forward to seeing him apply his experience and knowledge to grow our Raleigh branch.”

He currently resides in Fredericksburg, VA with his wife, Amanda and their six children, with plans to relocate to the Raleigh area in the coming months. As branch manager, he will be responsible for the overall welfare of the Raleigh branch, including the safety and development of his team, strategic planning and budgeting, training and day-to-day operations.
