Phone Interview

Next comes a short phone call with one of our talent acquisition team members or your potential direct supervisor. This is a quick conversation to review responsibilities, qualifications, schedule, and expectations and to answer your initial questions. It’s all about making sure we’re a good fit for each other.

In-Person Interview

If the phone interview goes well, you’ll be invited to meet the team in person. This more in-depth conversation gives you a chance to learn about compensation, growth opportunities, and what day-to-day life looks like on a Ruppert crew.

Working Day Interview (as needed)

Some roles include a paid working day interview. This gives you hands-on experience shadowing a crew so you can learn the ins and outs of the job, meet your potential teammates, and see firsthand what working at Ruppert is really like.

First Day on the Job

Once hired, your first day is focused on setting you up for success. You’ll meet the team, tour the office, complete new-hire paperwork, and review onboarding videos — all designed to make your transition smooth and welcoming.

30-60-90 Day Reviews

We don’t stop at day one. Regular check-ins during your first 30, 60, and 90 days help align expectations, answer questions, and establish training and career goals.

Annual Reviews & Career Growth

Each year, we review progress, discuss goals, evaluate advancement opportunities, and review pay — ensuring you always know where you stand and where you can grow.
