A Year of Growth and Gratitude

By Craig Ruppert, Founder and Executive Chairman of the Board

As we close out another year, I want to pause and extend my deepest gratitude to everyone who has been part of the Ruppert journey in 2025. From the heart of our operations to the work we’re doing for our customers and community, your dedication, support, and belief in our mission continue to shape the success and culture of our company.

First and foremost, to our employees — you are the backbone of everything we do. Your problem-solving spirit, your pride in workmanship, and your care for one another exemplify the values that Ruppert was built on. To our vendors and suppliers, thank you for your reliability, craftsmanship, and partnership; your contributions ensure we can deliver quality, on time, every time. And to our extended friends and family — whether cheering us on, supporting our team members on the home front, or simply lending encouragement — you are part of our broader Ruppert family, and we couldn’t do this without you.

This year has been especially exciting, as we welcomed several new teams into the Ruppert family: Ocean Woods, Lawnscapes, Enviro-Scapes, and Greatscapes. Each of these organizations brings fresh perspectives, talented teams, and shared values of excellence and integrity. As our teams come together, we strengthen our geographic reach, our service capabilities, and our collective potential to do more for our clients and communities.

One of the hallmarks of Ruppert is that our success isn’t measured only in revenue or growth. It is measured in how much we can give back and the difference we make in our local communities. Because of your hard work and commitment, we’ve been able to allocate a portion of our profits toward charitable giving and community support this year. That’s meant contributing to local food banks, youth mentoring programs, park and recreation improvements, and organizations focused on housing support and community beautification. I’m extremely proud of the difference we’re making and I hope you feel that same pride in knowing that your contributions have enabled us to help our communities in so many ways.  When we support each other—both within our organization and in the larger community— we multiply the good we can do.

As we look ahead to 2026, I am confident that we’ll continue to grow stronger, deliver even greater value to our customers, lift up the communities around us, and support one another along the way. May this holiday season bring you rest, happiness and time with loved ones and may the New Year be filled with health, personal fulfillment, and shared successes.

One of our core values is Caring for Our Community, meaning we believe we have a responsibility to support and stay engaged in the places where we work and live. That commitment extends to our environment, our employees and their families, vulnerable populations, and the organizations that serve them. Our culture of giving has shaped our past and continues to fuel our future growth. We’re deeply grateful for the dedication our team members bring every day, which is what makes this impact possible.

In 2025, Ruppert Landscape and the Ruppert Family Foundation donated a combined $2.2 million to more than 550 charitable organizations, collectively serving over 100,000 individuals. These contributions supported a wide range of causes, including childhood wellness, education, employee hardship, poverty and food insecurity, health and human services, environmental conservation, international relief, and many other organizations with broad community benefit. The logos above represent just a portion of the organizations we were proud to partner with this year.
