Drew Dummann promoted to Region Manager

Ruppert Landscape recently promoted Drew Dummann to the position of Region Manager in the company’s landscape management division. In this capacity, he will help oversee operations in the company’s three North Carolina landscape management branches, located in Raleigh, Durham, and Charlotte.

Dummann holds a bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture from The Ohio State University and has been with the Ruppert organization for over 17 years. He worked in the company’s landscape construction division for the first eight years with the Maryland and Virginia landscape construction branches. He then transferred to the landscape management division as an enhancement manager in Frederick, MD before relocating with his family to North Carolina and joining the Raleigh team as an Area Manager. He was promoted to Associate Branch Manager in 2016 and officially took on the Branch Manager role in 2021. He has been recognized twice with the company’s Branch Impact Award for his dedication and contributions to the team—in 2007 for the Maryland landscape construction branch and in 2017 for the Raleigh, NC landscape management branch—and was also recognized with one of the company’s top honors, the Achievement Award, in 2009 for demonstrating outstanding job execution and high-quality results.

“Drew has been instrumental in growing our presence in the Raleigh market these last few years, facilitating the Durham branch opening in 2020 and setting the stage for the Apex branch opening in early 2024,” said Sam Wells, Regional Vice President in Ruppert’s landscape management division. “We look forward to his continued leadership in the Carolina region as he steps into this well-deserved new role.”
