Mike Monde Promoted to VP, People and Culture

Ruppert Landscape is proud to announce the promotion of Mike Monde to the position of Vice President of People and Culture. In this role, he will provide day-to-day leadership of the organization’s human resources, public relations, and training departments and will help the company remain focused on the team, values, and culture as it grows. Additionally, he will play a pivotal role in supporting Ruppert’s integration initiatives as they welcome new partner companies into the organization.

Mike has over 30 years of leadership experience in the green industry and has served in numerous positions during his 23 years at Ruppert, both in operations and as part of the corporate team, most recently as Director of Training and Culture. He is passionate about Ruppert’s mission and values and has led by example throughout his career, creating the company’s very first uniform poster and helping to spearhead some of the company’s largest events, including Field Days and Management Development Days.

“With his strong operational background and South Philly upbringing, Mike is someone who is comfortable sharing his opinion and he’s able to connect across all levels in our organization, from our executive leadership team to our front-line team members,” said Ruppert Landscape CEO, Phil Key.

“Mike has done a great job of ensuring that our training efforts have evolved to meet the needs of our team—adding a dedicated course for our Spanish-speaking employees and introducing our new Partner Leadership Development course,” Key continued. “We look forward to harnessing his wealth of experience and leveraging his valuable insights as he continues to guide our training efforts and expands his role in both HR and PR.”
