Dave Roles
Branch Manager, Laytonsville (MD)
Dave oversees all landscape management operations in our Laytonsville, Maryland branch. His responsibilities include planning, budgeting, and personnel development within his region as well as ensuring customer satisfaction. He has over 20 years of industry experience including five at Ruppert, holds a degree in landscape management from the University of Maryland’s Institute of Applied Agriculture, and is a Landscape Industry Certified Technician (CLT) and Maryland Licensed Pesticide Applicator.
Eric Long
Associate Branch Manager, Laytonsville (MD)
In his role, Eric assists in overseeing customer service, employee development, and business development initiatives while preparing for future leadership opportunities. He has been with the Ruppert organization for over 11 years, holds an associate’s degree from Raritan Valley Community College, and is a Certified Landscape Technician (CLT).
