Collins oversees all landscape management operations at our Fredericksburg and Gainesville, Virginia branches. His responsibilities include planning, budgeting, and personnel development within his region as well as ensuring customer satisfaction. Collins has been with Ruppert for over ten years and is a North Carolina licensed landscape contractor, irrigation contractor, and pesticide applicator.
