Tom Flint
Branch Manager, Dulles (VA)
Tom oversees all landscape management operations in our Dulles, Virginia branch. His responsibilities include planning, budgeting, and personnel development within his branch as well as ensuring customer satisfaction. He attended Millersville University and is a Virginia Certified Commercial Pesticide Applicator. He has over 35 years of experience in the landscape industry, including 10 years with the Ruppert organization.
Mike Burns
Associate Branch Manager, Dulles (VA)
In his role, Mike assists in overseeing customer service, employee development, and business development initiatives while preparing for future leadership opportunities. He has over 15 years of landscape industry experience and holds a bachelor’s degree in Horticulture and Landscape Design from Northern Virginia Community College.
