Jennifer Myers Appointed as Director of Talent Acquisition

Ruppert Landscape is pleased to announce that Jennifer Myers has joined the company as Director of Talent Acquisition.

Myers brings more than 25 years of experience spanning talent acquisition, workforce development, recruiting strategy, technology implementation, and landscape industry leadership. In her new role, she will lead recruiting and talent acquisition initiatives across Ruppert’s growing footprint, helping the company attract, develop, and retain top talent.

“Jenn’s experience is uniquely aligned with our vision for the future,” said Mike Monde, Vice President of People & Culture at Ruppert Landscape. “She has spent her career helping organizations attract talent, develop people, and strengthen the landscape industry. Beyond her impressive background, her leadership style, work ethic, and values are a natural fit for our culture, and we are excited about the impact she will have across our organization.”

Prior to joining Ruppert, Myers spent more than nine years with the National Association of Landscape Professionals (NALP), where she most recently served as Senior Director of Workforce Development and Executive Director of the NALP Foundation. In those leadership roles, she worked closely with industry leaders, educational institutions, workforce organizations, and national stakeholders to strengthen the landscape industry’s talent pipeline through workforce development programs, career awareness initiatives, and strategic partnerships.

Before her tenure with NALP, Myers held a variety of positions across the green industry, including recruiting leadership, business consulting, and technology implementation. Her experience includes building talent acquisition programs, improving operational processes, and helping organizations drive growth through people and technology. A graduate of Virginia Tech with studies in horticulture, environmental science, and chemistry, Myers combines deep industry knowledge with a passion for workforce development and people leadership. She is also a Maryland Certified Professional Horticulturist.

“I’m honored to join Ruppert Landscape and contribute to a company known for its strong culture, commitment to excellence, and investment in its people,” said Myers. “I look forward to working alongside the team to continue attracting great talent and creating opportunities for employees to build rewarding careers.”
