Ruppert Landscape is pleased to announce the promotion of Angela Howes to Director of Integration, a newly created role.

Angela brings over 20 years of experience with Ruppert Landscape, most recently serving as Branch Manager of the North Carolina landscape installation branch. She has also held leadership roles including Operations Manager and Business Developer in the Virginia Landscape Construction branch, Purchaser in the Maryland Landscape Construction branch, and National Purchasing Director for the Landscape Construction Division. Her extensive industry knowledge, collaborative leadership style, and relationship-driven approach make her ideally suited to lead this important initiative.
In her new role, Angela will oversee a team that includes Lexie Bittner and Rob Groves as Integration Managers and Melanie Halsey as Integration Specialist. Together, they will guide the strategic planning and execution of company integrations, including developing a structured onboarding schedule, maintaining a consistent cadence of activities, and building a detailed playbook to support future efforts. The team will work closely with corporate departments to align systems and processes, conduct onsite training, provide hands-on support, and continually improve the integration experience.
