Overview
The client envisioned Perimeter Summit as a premier, park-like corporate campus that would create a welcoming, refined, and functional environment for employees and visitors alike. The intent was to elevate the outdoor experience across this Class A office complex by blending curated ornamental plantings with functional green spaces. A key focus was on maintaining high-visibility features such as expansive seasonal color displays, finely maintained turf, and employee-friendly outdoor spaces like walking trails, outdoor workstations, and organic vegetable garden. The goal was to ensure the site remained vibrant, functional, and restorative, serving as both a workplace and a wellness retreat in the heart of Atlanta.
Scope
Maintenance includes managing mixed turf (fescue and zoysia), over-structure plantings with limited rooting depth, and microclimates caused by reflective heat and wind tunnels. Services address irrigation complexity, seasonal transitions, and mature tree care, with enhancements and detailed horticultural practices sustaining plant health, safety, and the site’s long-term landscape performance.
