Ruppert Landscape is pleased to announce the hiring of Rusty Ritchie as Branch Manager in the company’s Durham, North Carolina landscape maintenance branch.
In this role, Ritchie will be responsible for the overall management of branch operations, including employee development, customer service, budgeting, and strategic planning. He will focus on cultivating strong client relationships, growing the branch’s market presence, and mentoring team members to ensure high-quality service and long-term success.
“Rusty brings a well-rounded background in the landscape industry and a proven track record of leadership, sales, and business ownership,” said Drew Dummann, Region Manager. “His experience and energy are a great match for the Durham team, and we’re excited to have him on board.”
Rusty holds a bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Georgia and has more than 20 years of experience in the green industry, including the last seven years in a sales role focused on landscape installation services. Earlier in his career, he owned and operated his own landscape company, giving him valuable insight into both the operational and customer service aspects of the business.
