MDD 2019: Getting It Done

Attire

For the day event, we ask that attendees dress in business casual attire. This means khakis or slacks and a button-up shirt or your blue Ruppert polo.

The banquet is traditionally our dressiest event of the year. Men should wear a coat and tie (suit and tie if possible) and evening wear is appropriate for women (i.e. something that would be appropriate for a wedding or cocktail party).

Hotel Check-In

  • Check-in: At/after 4:00PM daily
    • For those driving/flying in Thursday morning, there will be a room available for you to store your luggage until check-in time
  • Check-out: At/after 11:00AM daily

Parking

There is ample (free) parking at the hotel, with a small lot in front and a larger lot and parking deck behind the building. Follow signs for additional parking to find the back parking lot.
