Ruppert Landscape is pleased to announce the promotion of Kyle Meissner to Regional Vice President, where he will oversee the company’s Florida operations, including its Jacksonville, Orlando, Palm Beach, and North Florida branches. In his new role, Meissner will focus on supporting the region’s teams, strengthening operations, and positioning the Florida Region for continued growth and long-term success.

Since joining Ruppert in 2013 as a Crewmember in the company’s Laytonsville, Maryland branch, Meissner has steadily advanced through the organization, serving as Field Manager, Area Manager, Associate Branch Manager, Branch Manager, Region Manager, and now Regional Vice President. Along the way, he earned the company’s Branch Impact Award in 2016 and the prestigious Clyde Vadner Merit Award in 2022 in recognition of his leadership and contributions.
Most recently, as Region Manager, Meissner successfully led the launch of the Bowie Maintenance branch while ensuring a seamless transition for employees and customers. He also played a key role in developing new leaders, strengthening operations across the Washington, D.C. region, and helping position the organization for continued long-term growth.
