Ruppert Landscape is pleased to announce the promotion of John Harich to Region Vice President, with responsibility for the company’s Southeast Pennsylvania and Tennessee branches.
These markets continue to experience strong growth, and the creation of this role further strengthens Ruppert’s leadership structure while positioning the company for continued expansion and long-term success. While John has overseen Tennessee operations since last year, this promotion formally recognizes the scope and impact of his leadership. In his new role, he leads four landscape maintenance branches along with the Tennessee landscape installation branch.
John joined Ruppert in 2003 and has played a significant role in shaping both the company’s business and its people over the past two decades. His career progression—from Field Manager to Area Manager, Business Development Manager, Director of Business Development, Branch Manager, Region Manager, and now Region Vice President—reflects consistent performance and a deep commitment to growth at every level of the organization.
Throughout his career, John has been a key driver of financial performance and geographic expansion. Equally important, he has cultivated strong, positive cultures within the teams he has led, reinforcing the values that define Ruppert as a company.
