New Additions and Promotions in Ruppert’s Georgia Landscape Construction Branch

Laytonsville, MD – Ruppert Landscape is pleased to announce the addition of Christopher Sirmans and Beau Britt and the promotion of Bradford Gilliam and William Saxby in our Georgia Landscape Construction branch.

Sirmans, a resident of Loganville, GA, has been hired as Project Manager. He brings over 20 years of experience in commercial construction and is an LEED Green Associate. Sirmans holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Georgia College and State University and a Master’s degree in Environmental Design, Planning and Sustainability from The University of Georgia. As Project Manager in our Georgia Landscape Construction Branch, Sirmans will be responsible for all aspects of the installation of landscape construction projects, including supervising field personnel, managing subcontractors, communicating with customers and maintaining quality standards.

Britt, also a Loganville resident, has been hired as Assistant Project Manager. Britt graduated from Georgia Gwinnett College in December of 2015 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. As Assistant Project Manager, Britt will be responsible for assisting the Project Manager in overseeing all aspects of the installation of landscape construction projects.

Gilliam, a resident of Grayson, GA, has been promoted to Senior Estimator. He joined the company in 2014 as Estimator and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from The University of Georgia. As Senior Estimator, he will be responsible for accurately estimating direct costs for landscape installation bids and change orders based on plans, specifications and site inspections. This includes verifying material costs, qualifying subcontractor quotes, calculating labor hours, capturing miscellaneous expenses and assigning preliminary margins.

Saxby, a resident of Alpharetta, GA, has been promoted to Contract Administrator. He joined the company in 2010 as Senior Estimator and was presented with the Branch Impact Award in 2011 for his outstanding dedication and contributions to the company. Saxby has over 16 years of industry experience, is LEED AP certified and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from the University of Louisiana at Monroe.  As Contract Administrator, he will be responsible for overseeing all accounting and business functions for the branch and producing and analyzing financial and performance reports.
