IT Help

Our IT team will be staffing a Kiosk between sessions throughout both days.  We will have a limited number of phone chargers with us.  Please visit to say hello, get your device connected to wifi, have the Ruppert Mobile App installed or get some other support.  If your issue is one that requires more time to solve we will create a trouble ticket and follow up with appropriate action.  

We will have Wifi access at both locations and you are encouraged to submit end of session surveys via the Ruppert Mobile App.

Under settings – choose a network – you would select Hunt Valley Conference.

You will come to the Hunt Valley Inn page that says welcome to High Speed Internet and hit the blue connect button

Next is the Terms of Use page where you hit accept

The next page asks for the passcode which is grateful1 and hit connect.
