Ruppert Landscape Opens Charlotte Branch

Laytonsville, MD — Ruppert Landscape, formerly known as Ruppert Nurseries, recently opened its newest branch in Charlotte, NC, bringing more than 30 years of landscape construction and management experience to the area. Ruppert currently operates eleven branches from locations in Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Georgia.

Ruppert has been performing landscape installation and maintenance services in the Charlotte area over the last two years from its Atlanta, Georgia office. Major projects Ruppert has worked on in the Charlotte metro area include landscaping and hardscaping for the Lowe’s Corporate Headquarters, expansion at the Time-Warner headquarters, and more recently work has started on the NASCAR Hall of Fame.

"The opening of this branch commits us to servicing the Charlotte customers for many years to come and we’re excited about being a contributing part of the Charlotte business community," said Chris Davitt, Ruppert Landscape president.

Local operations on the construction side are being run by John Escudero and his staff. John brings more than 20 years of industry experience in the areas of installation, sales and management for projects at Disney World and Universal Studios. Blake Singleton will be heading up the landscape management side of the business. Blake has a BS in business administration from USC Spartanburg and has worked in landscape management for eight years.

The branch operates out of offices located just south of Charlotte in Pineville, North Carolina.

Ruppert Landscape provides commercial landscape construction and landscape management services in the mid-Atlantic region and includes branches in Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Georgia and North Carolina. A related company, Ruppert Nurseries, operates a 475-acre wholesale tree nursery in Montgomery County, Md.
