Chris Davitt Appointed to Capital Contractors Consortium Board of Advisors

Laytonsville, MD — Ruppert Nurseries President Chris Davitt was recently appointed to the Board of Advisors of the Capital Contractors Consortium, which was developed by the construction division of Bethesda-based Cornerstone Financial Partners. The board, which is comprised of several of the Washington, D.C. area's top construction professionals, works to identify pressing industry issues and provide valuable solutions to other professionals in the field.
Davitt, who has over two decades of experience in the green industry, will help direct the board's initiatives by offering his knowledge, expertise and industry insight to a network of professionals interested in learning how to grow their business and improve the general climate of the construction industry.
"When Chris Davitt was the keynote speaker at our construction industry seminar, I realized what a wealth of knowledge and experience he possessed in managing a successful business," said Amy Stark, director of marketing and business development of Cornerstone Financial Partners. Ruppert Nurseries, Inc. provides commercial landscape installation and landscape management services in the mid-Atlantic and Atlanta regions and is also a 475-acre wholesale tree nursery in Montgomery County, Md.
